Because each Kundli is created specifically for the individual customer, please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to all personalized digital Kundli products purchased through the Jyoti Veda website, including:
- Match Making Kundli
- 10-Page Kundli
- 20-Page Kundli
- 30-Page Kundli
As these are customized digital products, physical returns or exchanges are not applicable.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may contact us to request cancellation of your order as soon as possible after placing it.
However, because our Kundli reports are prepared specifically for each customer, cancellation may not be possible once our Jyotish team has started preparing your personalized report.
Once the Kundli preparation process has started, the order may generally not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of each order.
A refund may be considered in situations such as:
- Payment was successfully received but the order could not be processed.
- Jyoti Veda is unable to provide the purchased Kundli service.
- A technical issue prevents the successful delivery of the completed digital Kundli.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
A refund is generally not applicable once a personalized Kundli has been correctly prepared and delivered according to the information provided by the customer.
4. Incorrect Birth Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information while placing their order.
This includes details such as:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Time of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Other information required for Kundli preparation
If incorrect birth details are provided by the customer, Jyoti Veda cannot be held responsible for any difference or inaccuracy in the resulting Kundli.
If you realize that you have entered incorrect information, please contact us immediately. If preparation has not started, we may be able to update the information.
5. Kundli Corrections
If you believe that your delivered Kundli contains an error caused by our team, please contact us with your order details and the specific issue.
Our team will review the matter. If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from our preparation process, we may provide a corrected digital version of the Kundli where appropriate.
Requests resulting from incorrect or incomplete information originally provided by the customer may not qualify for a free correction.
6. Match Making Kundli
For a Match Making Kundli, customers are responsible for providing accurate birth details for both individuals.
The accuracy of the report depends on the information provided. If incorrect details are submitted for either person, the resulting report may be affected.
Once the Match Making Kundli has been prepared using the submitted information, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund simply because the customer changes their mind about the report.
7. Digital Product Delivery Issues
If you have successfully placed an order but do not receive your digital Kundli within the expected delivery period, please contact our support team.
Before contacting us, we recommend checking your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or Updates folder if the report was sent by email.
If a technical or delivery issue is confirmed, we will make reasonable efforts to resend or provide access to the purchased digital Kundli.
8. Payment-Related Issues
If your payment has been deducted but your order has not been confirmed, please contact us with your order or transaction details.
We will verify the payment status and take appropriate action.
If a payment is automatically reversed or refunded by the payment gateway, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.
9. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved by Jyoti Veda, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the order.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your bank account or payment account may vary depending on the payment gateway and your financial institution.
10. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be provided in situations including:
- The personalized Kundli has already been prepared and delivered correctly.
- Incorrect birth details were provided by the customer.
- The customer changes their mind after the Kundli preparation has started.
- The customer does not agree with an astrological interpretation.
- The customer does not receive the expected personal or life outcome from the astrological guidance.
Jyoti Veda provides astrological interpretations based on traditional Vedic Astrology principles and does not guarantee specific life outcomes.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but you have not received it within the expected processing period:
- Check your bank or payment account.
- Contact your bank or payment provider.
- If the amount is still not received, contact the Jyoti Veda support team with your order details.
